Talk to someone about your volume.
One form, read by a person. Tell us what you are running and roughly how much of it, and you get back a rate, a contract route and the name of the person who will be your contact.
What to send
You do not need a specification. Three things are enough for a useful reply, and two of them are guesses you are allowed to make.
- Roughly how much you will use. Tokens per month if you know, or just "a lot" / "a little" against what you spend now. An order of magnitude is enough to price against.
- What you use today. Another provider, an in-house model, or nothing at all. This is the most useful line in the form, because it tells us what you are comparing against.
- What has to be true for your procurement to say yes. A contract with amendments, a specific data protection clause, an invoice in a particular currency, a security questionnaire. Say it up front and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.
What happens next
A person reads it
Not a routing rule and not an autoresponder. The form lands with the person who would actually run your account.
You get a rate and a name
A figure for your volume, and the name of the person you will be dealing with from then on.
You try it before you sign
A limited key to run your own workload through, so you are testing on your data rather than a demonstration.

Two pages answer most of what the form would: what onboarding actually involves, and how our rate is set.
